SERVICE TERMS
1. Legal Binding Effect
All users’ access, registration, transaction and use behaviors of the platform shall be deemed as automatic recognition and voluntary acceptance of these terms, which produce legal binding effect on both parties.
2. User Qualification Compliance
Users shall have legal civil capacity or legal guardian supervision qualification. Minors are prohibited from independent registration and transaction on this platform.
3. Platform Operation Compliance
The platform operates in strict accordance with cross-border trade regulations, network safety laws and intellectual property protection rules, and standardizes all service links to ensure compliant operation.
4. Prohibited Behavior Specification
Any illegal transaction, infringement behavior, network violation, fraud and malicious operation that violates international laws and platform rules are strictly prohibited. The platform has the right to pursue legal liability.
5. Intellectual Property Compliance
All platform intellectual property rights are legally protected. Any unauthorized commercial use, plagiarism, imitation and dissemination constitute infringement, and shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
6. Legal Exemption Scope
The platform shall not be liable for any user losses caused by legal policy changes, force majeure, third-party service faults and user illegal operation behaviors.
7. Judicial Dispute Jurisdiction
All legal disputes arising from the use of platform services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the legal institution where the platform is registered.
